We offer quick and hassle-free returns. We offer self managed returns. All you need to do is enter your order number, your postal code, select a reason for your return and then you will be able to create a return label to print.

OUR RETURN POLICY
A return request must be sent to social@gertex.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed condition with its packaging.
If product is to be returned via post, we charge a flat rate return fee of $15. If you'd like to return your item to our office, you will not be charged.
If your item arrived damaged/defective, please email social@gertex.com within 14 days of the delivery date with a clear photo of the damage.
